A special evening was held on July 7, 1998, for the memory of Chubak,
Iran's great novelist,following the news of his death.
Artists and writers who contributed on this special occasion were:
Reza Baraheni, Shahryar Ameri, Bizhan Binesh and Ja'far Vali.
A slide show was arranged by Fereidoon Chubak, a relative of the author,
about the writer's hometown: Booshehr.Some of his works was dramatized by
Levon Haftvani, Nyaz Salimi,Esmail Senejani and Saeed Armand.
The programme was hosted by
Afsane Shafa'ee and Bahram Bahrami.
